HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

ONCE INITIATED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS!
WE DO NOT COVER THE RETURN POSTAGE COST , ITEM IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TILL IT IS DELIVERED AND SIGNED BY OURSELVES. RETURNS MUST BE SENT USING A SERVICE WHICH CAN BE TRACKED, PLEASE KEEP HOLD OF YOUR RECEIPT / PROOF OF POSTAGE!!
HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN CHECKED AND EVERYTHING IS IN LINE WITH OUR POLICY THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING THIS , PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE EMAIL DATE FOR FUNDS TO SHOW IN YOUR ACCOUNT (PAYPAL REFUNDS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN THIS TIMEFRAME)

MY PARCEL IS SAYING IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT?
If this this the case , Please report this to the police and inform us of your crime reference number so we can use it in our claim with the courier. This is because Royal Mail provide us with a picture of the delivery & GPS co-ordinates of the exact location of the delivery , if the parcel is not there it must of been stolen and so the police must be notified!
